Design of the Concept for the Whole Site

A study was commissioned for a complex of buildings that received the working name Rezidence Pod Portáškami. The study was prepared by Ing. arch. Lukáš Obršal. It presented the first comprehensive vision for the entire development: its massing, its relationship to the surrounding landscape, the placement of the individual buildings, and the basic architectural principles. It served as the starting document for the project's further steps, negotiations with the municipality, and preparation of the architectural competition. The study also defined the character of the whole scheme, on which later project teams continued to build.
