First Preparation of Documentation for the Building Permit

The initial version of the project documentation envisaged a larger scope of development and worked out in detail the concept of seven buildings placed across the site. This phase served as the basis for subsequent negotiations with the authorities and other stakeholders. It was on this basis that the adjustments were made which led to today's more compact and urbanistically more sensitive variant of six buildings.
