Creation of the Architectural Study

Creation of an architectural study for the reconstruction of the existing Hotel Hela, prepared by Ing. arch. Lukáš Obršal. The study presented the first comprehensive proposal for the renovation of the building, which had long been unsatisfactory both technically and aesthetically. The proposal focused on modernizing the building, improving the quality of its operation, and at the same time sensitively integrating it into the surrounding development. This work laid the groundwork for deciding whether reconstruction was feasible, or whether it would be more appropriate to redevelop the site with new construction.
